A  Green Owl Toys is a unique one-stop e-shop where you will find only educational
     toys and games for children aged 0 to 5 years old.
     We  aim  to  provide  quality  toys and games. All of them have passed excellent
     quality test and are sourced exclusively from the EU.

Q  What are the benefits of buying from Green Owl Toys?
A  Our  number  one  priority  is  the safety of every child. Buying from us you make
     sure  that  the  toy/game that you give to your little treasure is safe, accurate for
     his/her age and also educational.

     On  30  June  2009  the  new Toy Safety Directive was published. It substantially
     amends  the  old  Directive  across  virtually  all  safety  aspects. It  fulfils  to the
     highest  level  the  newest  health  and safety standards. It improves the existing
     rules  for  the marketing of toys that are produced in and imported into the EU in
     view to reducing toy related accidents and achieving long-term health benefits.

A   Please feel free to contact our Customer Service Team on 020 8851 3809, 9 am
      - 5 pm, Monday to Friday. We're closed only on Christmas Day,  Boxing Day and 
     New Years Day.

Q  How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?
A  We have a handling period of 1-2 days and all our orders are dispatched through
     Royal Mail.
     The cost depends on the weight of the total order. Please see below:

     Weight                  Second Class Delivery by Royal Mail
     0 - 599g                  £2.00
     600 - 1,199g            £2.50
     1,200 - 1,799g         £3.00
     1,800 - & Over         £3.50

    First Class Delivery for £5.00 on any order.

Q  How do I know if my order has been successful received?
A  You will receive an e-mail confirming that we've acknowledged your order.

Q  How do I know if my order has been dispatched?
A  You  will  receive  an  e-mail informing that your order has been dispatched. In
     normal  period  you  will  received  the  dispatch  confirmation e-mail after 1-2
     working days of the order date. On Christmas period the confirmation can take
     between 1-4 working days.
