Bajo toys are made in Poland and correspond to all EU and US standards. The carry all requirements for toy safety (directive 88/378/EDWG and 93/68/EWG) with regards to materials, manufacture and labeling. Bajo uses only the safest certified non-toxic pains based on natural components, which fulfill EU safety standard (EN71) and US norms (ASTM).

Haba  

Haba is a German company that is over 70 years old and has been inventing products that children need in their own factories in Bad Rodach, Germany. their hard work shows in the number of toy awards they have received from "Practial Pre-School Awards" given in England to "Spiel Gut" award in Germany. They use woods from sustainable forestry. Suppliers are PEFC certified.  The natural and mechanical characteristics of beech and maple wood, in combination with a design of clear colours and shapes are the most suitable for a good toy.

When it comes to applying colours, Haba only use water-based ecological solvent-free lacquers. Multiple lacquer layers render the surface extremely resistant to humidity and wear and tear, allowing the toy to be taken from the hand to the mouth, at any time. Haba have successfully passed the re-certification of DIN EN ISO 9001 and the new certificate ISO 14001. These certificates guarantee a high quality environmental management system, as well as consistent product standards. In addition to working standards certificates their products pass all the European Directives too. The European Union Directive 88/378 EWG and Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC for both materials and manufacture, and also comply with other EU and US standards.
